We use trusted services to store and process your data:

• Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes incoming requests to our backend infrastructure
• Supabase — Database
• Umami — Anonymous, cookie-free analytics
• Notion — Internal CRM for managing interest (email + timestamp only)
• Discord — Community chat (optional)

4. Analytics

We use Umami to collect anonymized usage data. No cookies, no user IDs, and no IP storage.

5. Your Rights

You can request access or deletion of your data by emailing hi@theheads.app. We'll delete your record from all services promptly.

6. Data Retention

We keep your info until the public launch of heads.app or until you request removal — whichever comes first.

7. Feedback Form

When you complete a product feedback form, we collect information about your app type, dependencies, and how you manage outages. This helps us validate heads.app and improve the product based on real needs. Providing contact info is optional, and we will only reach out if you opt in.
